About the role
We are seeking outstanding talent with a passion for trading to join the Financial Markets and Treasury 2026 Graduate program. You will receive best in class training and experience multiple businesses with the aim to get you trading and managing risk within your first year.
This role will be subject to very high levels of competition and candidates are encouraged to apply well before the close date to get the best chance of success).
Key deliverables:
- Gain trading proficiency early to support the responsible management of trading risk as required
- Day to day support for the FICC trading team or Chief Investment Office teams in Treasury
- Analysis of market events and key drivers of risk and profitability
- Shadowing senior traders to understand the operating model of a leading trading business
- Presenting thoughts, ideas and opportunities for improvement
Key requirements from candidates:
- Strong interest in global markets (you have to 'care' about what's happening to remember all of the details!)
- Relentless drive and energy to gain knowledge, seek opportunities to add value, and lend skills to support multiple teams' success
- Verifiable achievements and experience in a finance, economics, or quantitative discipline
- Ability to adapt to a fast changing environment and learn on the job quickly
- A team player with a drive for results
