About the role

Reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager, the CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our CRM team. You’ll be hands-on with tasks like crafting and delivering engaging email campaign, building dynamic audience segments, and keeping our onsite and app content fresh and relevant.

This role is crucial in championing our Engagement Marketing team’s mission to drive data-led strategies that elevate the customer experience and help make THE ICONIC a truly customer-centric business. About the role:

  • Play an active role in helping shape and manage customer lifecycle, loyalty and engagement initiatives
  • Assist the development of campaigns and another initiatives that drive customer loyalty, engagement and incremental sales
  • Deliver strategic initiatives to support our business and commercial partners
  • Analyse key marketing performance reports and provide recommendations
  • Assist in building and managing CRM content using Braze, including email campaigns, push notifications, and app notifications
  • Assist in optimising key CRM campaigns and strategies
  • Assist in updating website and app content
  • Support the development of content and offer strategies that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the CRM team optimise campaign performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all channels.
  • Take the lead on ad hoc projects
  • Ensure content and campaign strategies are aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the partnerships team to support BP (Brand Partnerships) and CP (Corporate Partnerships) initiatives, ensuring CRM activities align with partnership objectives
  •  Support trade by developing and executing CRM initiatives where required

What it takes

  • A passion for all things retail (it’s what we do)
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
  • Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in Australia
