About the role

The P&C Team at Streem is growing! We are seeking an organised and proactive HR professional that is looking to kick off their next chapter as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Steem. This newly created role will play a pivotal part in attracting and hiring top talent for our growing team!

Working closely with hiring managers and the broader P&C team, you will be at the heart of our recruitment efforts - scheduling interviews, managing candidate relationships and sourcing exceptional talent!

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll help streamline the hiring process, refine the candidate experience, contribute to our overall talent strategy and provide added support with general HR tasks during quiet periods. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills and a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience!

    Candidate Management

    Create good candidate experiences and relationships by engaging and supporting applicants throughout the recruitment funnel

    Process Management and Ongoing Improvement

    Manage and improve organizational processes to minimize complexities and increase productivity

    Coordinate meetings and events and align parties throughout the recruitment lifecycle
