About the role

We are currently on the look out for a Product Manager  to join our team and take on the responsibility for the end-to-end product roadmap at THE ICONIC with a focus on our Enterprise Technology

What you will do

  • Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a clear vision for the product and a strategic plan to achieve it, aligning with company goals and market demands.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and launch timelines for new features and updates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Customer Feedback and Iteration: Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve the product and adapt to changing user requirements.
  • ERP Experience: Deep understanding of Dynamics' capabilities and how to leverage them to drive product innovation and efficiency.This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of Dynamics solutions to meet customer needs. 

What we are looking for

  • Over 5 years’ experience in Product Management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills along with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in ERP solutions (Microsoft Business central/ dynamics or similar) in delivering outcomes in the Finance domain
  • Extensive experience in applying product management fundamentals in an Agile environment
  • Ability to get things done, either autonomously or within a team, depending on the circumstances.
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving, and well-practised toolkit of methods to apply to get to root causes and find the best solutions

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Familiarity with API’s, ecommerce,  integrations of ERP with other technology systems (e.g., Order and warehouse management systems, Seller portals, etc) would be extremely beneficial for this role

What you'll be responsible for

  • Customer Requirements Gathering

    Uncover customer's technical needs and develop a clear understanding of relevant systems, infrastructure etc.

    Product Roadmap Development

    Work with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, including prioritization of features

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
