About the role
We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist for our Growth team who will play a key role in shaping the Driva brand by producing performance-driven content that grabs attention, engages audiences, and drives measurable results across digital and traditional media.
- Oversee the production of high quality creative output that drives conversions, from social media posts to large scale brand campaigns
- Concept and create social-first content end-to-end; from conception and storyboarding through to briefing and working with editors to deliver assets for paid media channels (Meta and TikTok)
- Obsess over insights, from customer stories to performance data to social trends, and find creative ways to turn them into engaging creative that follows channel best practice
- Engage with in-platform metrics to understand drivers of creative performance and improve content iterations
- Build and manage a team of content creators, video editors and designers to craft a performance creative engine
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a creative strategist or in a creative role within an agency, in-house team or as a freelancer
- A conceptual thinker that can articulate ideas and bring them to life with a focus on performance and conversion
- Data-driven approach to creative development and ideation with the ability to interpret analytics to inform creative decisions
- Strong experience in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
- Passionate about discovering new media and social trends that drive engagement and conversion
- Comfort working autonomously and taking initiative to solve problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
- Consumer fintech experience is a bonus
