About the role
As a Junior Implementation Consultant at Jiffi, you’ll be part of a team that helps businesses make smarter tech decisions and get the most out of their systems. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business needs, support project delivery, and help bring solutions to life.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone who’s curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how technology can solve real business problems. You don’t need to have all the answers, we’ll support you as you grow into the role.
What you'll be responsible for

Supporting Project Delivery
Help deliver tech implementation projects by preparing documentation, assisting with timelines, and keeping things moving.

Client Discovery & Requirements Gathering
Participate in client meetings to learn about their needs and help capture their requirements clearly.

Assist in setting up systems, testing solutions, and ensuring things work as expected.
