Chief of Staff, Quickli

Why Quickli

Quickli exists to solve a fundamental problem faced by mortgage brokers—time-consuming processes that hinder their ability to focus on clients. By streamlining these workflows through innovative technology, we enable brokers to operate more efficiently, helping them reduce time spent on administrative tasks and freeing them to deliver higher value to their clients. We’re here to transform the mortgage industry through smart, intuitive solutions that make a real difference.

About the role

At Quickli, we’re looking for someone who comes to work each day ready to learn, innovate, and grow. You should be willing to get your hands dirty, pitch bold ideas, and embrace mistakes as part of the process. Curiosity is key—ask questions, build meaningful relationships, and take the time to understand the broker industry inside and out.

You’ll need to know how to deliver a project in three weeks, but also have the agility to find a smart, scrappy solution in three days when needed. It’s important to recognise when to challenge the status quo and when to stick closely to the brief.

You’ll work end-to-end across multiple projects and timelines, effectively managing your workload while asking for feedback and support along the way. From brainstorming and quick research to mapping user flows, crafting low-fidelity wireframes, and delivering polished designs and prototypes—you’ll bring it all together.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work closely with other designers, founders, engineers, and PMs, using our Quickli design system and helping to improve and optimise it as we grow.

**When you submit your application, please include your CV, portfolio link as well as a 60 second intro video about yourself.
