Conducting outbound calls
Engaging with business owners and directors across Australia through B2B phone calls.📅
Scheduling appointments
Setting up sales appointments for Business Development Managers to attend, ensuring a smooth sales process.🗂️
Maintaining CRM records
Keeping the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date with accurate notes and client interactions.Key criteria
