You'll be responsible for

Providing customer service

Serving as the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring they receive fantastic customer service.

Maintaining station standards

Overseeing the cleanliness and presentation of the station, including cleaning duties.

Assisting with ticketing and fare checking

Helping passengers with ticketing, fare checking, and luggage handling as needed.
