You'll be responsible for

Drafting submissions to the ATO
Creating written documents to present arguments and information to the Australian Taxation Office, a key part of tax dispute processes.📚
Conducting strategic legal research
Investigating niche points of law to support cases and provide informed advice, crucial for effective legal representation.👥
Assisting with drafting witness statements
Helping to prepare statements from witnesses that outline their accounts, important for building a strong case.Key criteria
