Delivering meaningful case management for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients, focused on behaviour change and completing correctional orders.🎨
Creating cultural support plans
Creating tailored cultural support plans to meet the specific needs of Aboriginal clients.🤝
Building partnerships
Building strong partnerships with Aboriginal organisations and support services to improve access to culturally appropriate resources.Key criteria
