You'll be responsible for

Supporting key IT functions

Assisting with major incident management, problem diagnosis, and stakeholder communication to maintain a stable digital environment.

Contributing to system assessments

Helping to assess system vulnerabilities and document incident learnings to improve IT services.

Engaging in IT lifecycle services

Investigating business needs and supporting changes in IT services to align with organizational priorities.
