You'll be responsible for

Engaging respectfully with parents, family members, children, and young people to build trust and understanding.

Developing safety plans

Creating safety plans and conducting risk assessments to ensure the well-being of children and families.

Managing complex cases

Handling cases involving high needs and high-risk clients, including participation in court processes.

Key criteria

📜

Relevant diploma or degree

Preferred qualification in social work or related field.
