You'll be responsible for

Supporting patients and families
Providing emotional and practical support to patients and their families through grief, loss, and end-of-life care.🏥
Delivering culturally safe care
Ensuring that care is respectful of and tailored to the cultural needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.👥
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Working alongside various healthcare professionals to provide holistic and patient-centred care.Key criteria

Certificate IV in Aboriginal Health
Possession of Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.View

Authority to practice
Current authority to practice as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner with AHPRA.View
