The Key Facilitation Worker plays a vital role in supporting vulnerable children to access and thrive in Early Childhood Education and Care services across the City of Melbourne. You'll be responsible for

Supporting inclusion

Supporting the inclusion and sustained participation of eligible vulnerable children in Early Childhood Education and Care services.

Building partnerships

Building strong partnerships with ECEC providers, community agencies, families, and internal stakeholders.
💪

Delivering support

Delivering trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate support that enhances child development and strengthens family engagement.

Early childhood education qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education or related field
