Managing revenue recognition

Managing the end-to-end billing and revenue recognition process across Consulting & Development projects, including Percentage of Completion and Time & Materials methodologies.

Producing cash flow forecasts

Owning and delivering weekly cash flow forecasts for two entities, managing both inflows and outflows and providing accurate reporting.

Maintaining balance sheet accounts

Maintaining and reconciling WIP and Deferred Revenue balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
