Preparing monthly and year-end financial and management reports for a portfolio of Stabilised and Development Funds.

Reviewing fund-level P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing journals, including IFRS/AASB16 and loan-related entries.

Supporting tax compliance

Supporting tax compliance requirements including BAS, income tax returns, and distribution calculations.
