Overseeing capital investment program
Manage and oversee the capital investment program with an annual spend of ~$500m, ensuring financial integrity and strategic alignment.🏗️
Leading fixed asset lifecycle
Lead the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, ensuring precise classification and measurement of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE).👩🏫
Mentoring offshore team
Mentor and build the technical acumen of the offshore team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key criteria
