Providing direction and oversight of the offshore retail Accounts Receivable and Cash and Bank teams, ensuring effective collections and credit risk management.

Driving process improvement

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and implement best-practice standardisation for enhanced efficiency.

Leading month-end close

Leading the Cash and Bank and Accounts Receivable month-end close process, ensuring robust controls and timely issue resolution.

Key criteria

📊

5+ years in finance

Demonstrated experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.

Offshore management experience

Proven background managing offshore or outsourced service delivery models.

ERP implementation experience

Experience with successful Finance technology programs, especially SAP ERP.
