This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate accounts receivable ledgers, supporting healthy cash flow, and fostering strong relationships across Finance, Sales, and customers. You'll be responsible for

📑

Ledger management

Processing invoicing, collections and cash application across the accounts receivable ledger, keeping records accurate and up to date
⏳

Debtor follow-up

Monitoring aged debtors and proactively following up on overdue accounts, escalating high-risk or disputed items as needed
🔄

Reconciliations

Supporting month-end reconciliations of accounts receivable sub-ledgers to the general ledger, helping to identify and resolve discrepancies

Accounts receivable experience

Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles.
