Join Botanic Gardens Greater Sydney and play a leading role in bringing some of NSW’s most significant public events to life by conceptualising, planning and delivering major activations, hallmark events and civic celebrations.

Managing end-to-end event delivery

Take ownership of end-to-end event delivery, including planning, operations, procurement, stakeholder engagement, budgeting and risk management.
🌍

Collaborating with partners

Work with a diverse range of partners, suppliers and agencies to deliver safe, high-quality events that leave a lasting impact.

Event management experience

5–7+ years in delivering large-scale public events.
