You'll be responsible for

Supporting staff
Assisting staff in providing best practice care that meets the day-to-day needs of young people.🗓️
Participating in team meetings
Engaging in team meetings with the National After-Hours Support Worker Team and other forums as required.📋
Implementing behaviour management plans
Working with young people to implement behaviour management plans for those with challenging behaviours.Key criteria
👥
Youth services experience
3-5 years of experience in youth services or residential care.View

Diploma of Community Services
Possession of a Diploma of Community Services qualification.View
