Assisting staff in providing best practice care that meets the day-to-day needs of young people.

Participating in team meetings

Engaging in team meetings with the National After-Hours Support Worker Team and other forums as required.

Implementing behaviour management plans

Working with young people to implement behaviour management plans for those with challenging behaviours.

Key criteria

👥

Youth services experience

3-5 years of experience in youth services or residential care.

Diploma of Community Services

Possession of a Diploma of Community Services qualification.
