About the job

Property Inspector in Adelaide on a contractor basis ($100, excl GST per inspection). [NO office attendance required]

You'll be responsible for

Conduct Property Inspections

You'll visit properties on behalf of our clients and bring them to life, capturing what the listing photos won't show and giving our team the honest, observational detail they need to make confident recommendations.

What You'll Do

Conduct non-invasive, visual property inspections on our behalf across the Adelaide area (North or South Adelaide).

Photos & Videos

Photograph and video the property thoroughly, capturing what the listing won't show, such as visible mould, rotting timbers, or wall cracking. This is an eyes-and-ears inspection, not a technical one. (Formal B&P are done separately)

Property assessment eye
Ability to notice and describe issues photos won't show, such as mould, cracking, or rotting timbers, and to pick up on things others walk past.
