Coordinating logistics
Managing logistics for a high volume of meetings and supporting the planning of Centre events.π
Providing secretariat support
Preparing agendas, meeting papers, and taking minutes for allocated committees.π§Ύ
Assisting with financial administration
Helping with tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoice requests, and arranging reimbursements.Key criteria
