You'll be responsible for

Providing customer service

Being responsible for providing 'front of house' welcoming customer service to clients and staff contacting Tresillian for Day Services and Residential referrals and bookings.

Managing administration tasks

Handling associated administration tasks, including Health Fund management.

Organizing and managing tasks

Demonstrating the ability to work with minimal direction and undertake complex tasks while managing multiple tasks.

Skills you'll need

Reception and administrative procedures

Previous experience and knowledge of reception and administrative procedures including simple switchboard operating skills.

Communication and public relation skills

High level communication and public relation skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
