This job is about joining the Risk Data Insights and Analytics (RDIA) crew within Risk Management, where you will contribute to transforming risk management through data and analytics. You'll be responsible for

Supporting product development

Work with a Product Owner and other Squad members to support product development from concept to maturity and create meaningful business impact.

Managing multiple priorities

Deliver to deadlines by managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Designing and implementing code

Design and implement code and processes to build data assets and tools.

Skills you'll need

🔍

Risk management

Excellent understanding of Risk management, particularly in the Non-Financial Risk space.
💻

SQL and programming

Demonstrated hands-on experience with SQL and programming practices for big data analysis and transformation, with Hadoop and Python/PySpark experience desirable.
🤝

Stakeholder management

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business decisions and articulate complex technical requirements in non-technical terms.
