By joining the Cardiac Services team, you will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients in accessing culturally safe and holistic cardiovascular care. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with specialist nurses and First Nations health leaders to improve heart health outcomes across the North West region.

Supporting clients
Play a key role in supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients to engage in safe, culturally responsive and effective cardiac care.🏥
Facilitating access
Facilitate culturally safe access to cardiac services and support clients to actively participate in their own care.🔗
Acting as a liaison
Act as a cultural liaison, providing guidance to clinical teams and ensuring services are respectful and appropriate.Key criteria

Relevant tertiary degree qualification
Possession of a degree in a health-related field is essential.View

C Class Motor Vehicle Licence
Valid licence required for travel to remote communities.View

Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
