The Adviser Injury Management job is all about providing and coordinating best practice injury management services within the QCS Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting injured or ill employees in a correctional facility, ensuring they receive individualized case management and rehabilitation programs. You'll be responsible for

Coordinating rehabilitation programs

Managing and coordinating rehabilitation programs for injured or ill employees to ensure their effective recovery and return to work.

Supporting workers and managers

Providing guidance and support to workers, managers, and executive leaders about their obligations under relevant legislation.

Individualised case management

Overseeing the individual case management of injured or ill employees to facilitate their recovery process.
