You'll be responsible for

Providing support to participants
Deliver respectful, professional, and timely support to participants, responding to inquiries and assisting with actions and referrals.🔍
Monitoring site safety
Monitor the site after hours, following safety procedures and responding to incidents and emergencies.📋
Maintaining records and administration
Keep accurate participant records and manage documentation, including data entry and reporting.Key criteria

Community services qualification
Certificate III in Community Services or equivalent required.View

Experience with complex needs
