You'll be responsible for

Leading agile squads

You will lead agile squads to deliver features aligned with strategic goals, while mentoring teams to improve delivery practices and agile maturity.

Coaching teams

You’ll coach teams to improve agile maturity, foster collaboration, and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow.

Planning and coordinating delivery

Your primary responsibility is to plan and coordinate agile delivery across squads, ensuring alignment to agreed practices and frameworks.
