You'll be responsible for

Leading agile squads
You will lead agile squads to deliver features aligned with strategic goals, while mentoring teams to improve delivery practices and agile maturity.📈
Coaching teams
You’ll coach teams to improve agile maturity, foster collaboration, and remove impediments to maintain delivery flow.🗓️
Planning and coordinating delivery
Your primary responsibility is to plan and coordinate agile delivery across squads, ensuring alignment to agreed practices and frameworks.Key criteria

Experience leading agile teams in a digital environment.View
