Staying up to date with current research
Keeping abreast of the latest research, literature, and provider offerings to inform development.💻
Designing and implementing features
Creating and evaluating features of the multi-agentic platform using modern frameworks for coaching conversations.📝
Translating customer requirements
Working backwards from user needs to system design and creating technical documentation to support engineering practices.Key criteria

Proven experience in ML/AI systems
Demonstrated experience taking machine learning or AI systems to production.View

Strong technical writing skills
