You'll be responsible for

Identifying AI leadership needs
Contributing to the identification of enterprise AI leadership development and learning needs across levels, key talent groups and the global enterprise.š
Supporting behaviour change
Supporting the identification of behavioural shifts required to deliver QBEās AI Strategy.š
Curating programs
Curating leadership, learning and behaviour change programs and initiatives that will drive required shifts in the way we lead and work across the enterprise to deliver QBEās AI Strategy.What we're looking for

Leadership development experience
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership programs in large organizations.View fit
