Collaborating with internal product teams to design, develop, and refine training curricula for partners on Zendesk products and customer success frameworks.✅
Certification & quality assurance
Developing and maintaining a rigorous certification program that sets clear competency benchmarks for AI product implementation and customer success excellence.🛠️
Ongoing partner success & technical support
Serving as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partner-facing AI product inquiries, providing expert recommendations and troubleshooting support.
