About the job

We're looking for sharp, careful thinkers to help train the next generation of AI. You don't need experience in any particular field, just the ability to reason well, write clearly, and pay close attention to detail. The work is fully remote, flexible, and pays $40 to $80 per hour, with no minimum commitment. You'll work through problems, evaluate AI-generated responses, and give feedback that helps AI reason and communicate better. No prior AI or technical experience is required. You apply once to join the talent network, complete a short assessment, and then get matched to paid projects as they become available. It's work you can do alongside study or a full-time job.
