The Aircraft Support Officer/Baggage Handler job at Rex is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about aviation. This part-time position plays a vital role in ensuring that aircraft depart and arrive on time, contributing to a seamless travel experience. The team thrives on collaboration and adaptability, working together in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You'll be responsible for

⏰

Ensuring aircraft depart and arrive on time

Being an integral part of the team to ensure timely departures and arrivals of REX aircraft.
🛠️

Operating Ground Support Equipment (GSE)

Safely operating GSE for aircraft turnaround, including toilet servicing and replenishing potable water.
🤝

Assisting special needs customers

Providing support to customers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key criteria

✈️

Previous airline experience

Demonstrated experience in an airline environment is preferred.

Valid State Driver’s Licence

Possession of a valid licence for operational duties.

Ability to obtain ASIC

Capability to secure an Aviation Security Identification Card.
