You'll be responsible for
🏥
Providing culturally safe case management
Delivering culturally safe case management to Aboriginal people affected by alcohol and/or other drug use within a harm-minimisation and trauma-informed framework.📝
Conducting assessments
Conducting assessments and supporting clients to implement and review Individual Treatment Plans, providing psycho-social support, and facilitating referrals.🌟
Engaging with community
Engaging effectively with MDAS community members using strong community engagement strategies and supporting community events.Key criteria

Demonstrated case management experience
Experience delivering evidence-based AOD treatment and support.View
