Provide comprehensive assessment, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management and care planning

Collaborating across health networks

Work collaboratively across health service networks to plan and coordinate individualised psychosocial interventions to meet the needs of people with mental health issues based on a case formulation approach
👥

Participating in multidisciplinary teams

Work cooperatively and effectively through active participation within the multidisciplinary mental health team, the profession specific network and with consumers, families/carers and extended agencies

Key criteria

🧠

AHPRA registration or equivalent

Valid registration as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Nurse is essential.
