Providing goal-directed rehabilitation

Provision of goal-directed, interdisciplinary rehabilitation as prescribed by Allied Health Professionals (OT, PT, SP)
🏡

Delivering rehabilitation through various modalities

Provision of rehabilitation through a mixture of modalities; centre based, home based and telehealth
🤝

Communicating with the interdisciplinary team

Excellent communication with the interdisciplinary team including medical and nursing

Allied health assistant experience

Demonstrated experience as an Allied Health Assistant in a multidisciplinary team.
