You'll be responsible for

Managing the Home Enteral Nutrition Program
Overseeing patient registration, ordering, confirming deliveries, and maintaining the HEN database under the direction of the Dietetic Manager.🔍
Completing nutrition screening
Conducting nutrition screenings in accordance with established procedures to support patient care.📚
Preparing patient education materials
Creating resources and handouts as directed by the Dietitian to enhance patient understanding of nutrition care plans.Key criteria

Cert III in Allied Health Assistance
Possession of a relevant certification in Allied Health.View
