You'll be responsible for

Managing the Home Enteral Nutrition Program

Overseeing patient registration, ordering, confirming deliveries, and maintaining the HEN database under the direction of the Dietetic Manager.

Completing nutrition screening

Conducting nutrition screenings in accordance with established procedures to support patient care.
📚

Preparing patient education materials

Creating resources and handouts as directed by the Dietitian to enhance patient understanding of nutrition care plans.

Cert III in Allied Health Assistance

Possession of a relevant certification in Allied Health.
