Delivering high standard assessments, psychological support, counselling, and therapeutic interventions to young people aged 12-25 years.📞
Liaising with stakeholders
Maintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.📋
Communicating with GPs
Following up with GPs after sessions to provide updates on client progress and care plans.Key criteria

Clinical qualifications
