Delivering high standard assessments, psychological support, counselling, and therapeutic interventions to young people aged 12-25 years.

Liaising with stakeholders

Maintaining close communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.

Communicating with GPs

Following up with GPs after sessions to provide updates on client progress and care plans.
