You'll be responsible for

Leading operational teams
Lead and supervise the operational teams including external contractors and/or Northern Star Mining Services.📈
Generating operating plans and budgets
Generate operating plans and budgets that align with the Company’s operating requirements and maximise the underground mine’s contribution to the Operation.🗺️
Developing mining strategy
Prepare forecasts and develop mining strategy with assistance from the geology department, mining operations, planning and production engineers.What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in large-scale underground mining operations.View

WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate
Possession of relevant certification for managerial responsibilities.View
