The Analyst position within the Acquisition & Syndicated Finance team offers an exciting opportunity to support the origination, structuring, execution, and distribution of acquisition financing and syndicated debt transactions. This role is vital in helping clients navigate their capital needs through dynamic market conditions. The team thrives on collaboration and communication, working closely with various partners to create tailored solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for

Providing deal execution support

Assist with due diligence, preparation of LBO models, and credit/underwriting analysis to ensure successful transaction execution.

Collaborating with teams

Work closely with Corporate Advisory, M&A, and other teams on cross-border acquisitions and issuance in leveraged markets.

Preparing client presentations

Create marketing materials and pitch books to effectively communicate financing solutions to clients.
