Serving as the primary point of contact
Act as the primary point of contact for trade finance clients, expertly managing enquiries, transaction execution, and issue resolution to ensure an exceptional client experience.🔄
Overseeing trade transactions
Oversee the complete lifecycle of trade transactions—including issuance, advising, amendments, settlements, and post-issuance follow-up—across LCs, SBLCs, and Bank Guarantees.✅
Ensuring operational excellence
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly in accordance with client requirements and internal standards to maintain operational excellence.Key criteria
