Taking commercially focused problem statements and breaking them down into a logical course of action, including creating models in Excel or conducting deep-dive analysis to generate recommendations for the business.

Supporting special projects

Supporting work-streams within special projects and selected deep-dives for value acceleration capture, while collaborating with various teams across the Virgin Australia Group.

Preparing stakeholder outputs

Actively supporting the preparation of outputs for stakeholder management and decision-making, including updates for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
