Monitoring, assessing, and responding to client tickets in ServiceNow in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective management and resolution within agreed SLAs.

Building client relationships

Engaging with client stakeholders through professional communication and regular updates, participating in meetings to discuss ticket progress and service improvements.

Preparing reports

Creating reports on ticket volumes, turnaround times, SLA performance, and service trends to support analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key criteria

🛠️

RPA development experience

1-2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
