Assisting with campaign preparation, market research and analysis key to executing sale campaigns of retail properties across the Australian retail market.

Coordinating due diligence

Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.

Managing data sources

Manage the key data sources of the team including sales data, valuation data, operating agreement data and other sector specific data.
