The Analyst position in ASIC's Wholesale Markets team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the integrity of Australia's financial system. By supporting surveillance and supervisory activities, you will play a vital role in identifying emerging risks and disrupting misconduct in the rapidly evolving private credit and private equity markets. You'll be responsible for

Conducting surveillance activities

Assist or conduct intelligence gathering and surveillance activities, including onsite surveillances and desk-based reviews.

Analysing compliance issues

Analyse technical, policy and compliance issues relating to OTC markets and wholesale funds, identifying emerging risks, issues and trends.

Preparing reports

Prepare reports, papers and submissions on a broad range of technical and policy matters.

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Possess qualifications in commerce, law, finance, or economics.
