You'll be responsible for

Maintaining benches
Being directed by Operators to ensure benches are maintained to the correct levels with good housekeeping for effective mining operations.⚖️
Minimising dilution
Responsible for minimising dilution by not mixing waste and ore and digging ore blocks in the correct direction.🤝
Liaising with Shovel Operator
Liaising with the Shovel Operator to identify hazards and opportunities before they occur to maximise efforts of all shovel and truck movements.Key criteria
🔧
Five years of heavy machinery operation
Experience operating large production mining machinery in Open Pit environments.View

Goldfields Region residency
Must reside in the Goldfields Region for local operations.View

Current 'C' Class Driver's Licence
Valid unencumbered licence required for operational duties.View
