You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support
Provision of 2nd level support for BBSW to internal and external customers for Production and Business Continuity environments and supporting the Non-Functional Testing & IWT.⚙️
Managing operations
Undertaking the day-to-day operations of the platforms, including incident management, problem identification, prioritisation and issue management for various environments.📄
Maintaining documentation
Maintenance of technical documentation required by the team for operational support.Key criteria
