Lead a team of technical experts for the new product offering - Digital Custody Assets.

Partnering with technology teams

Responsible for partnering with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifying and defining necessary system enhancements; analyzing existing system logic, identifying problems; and recommending and implementing solutions.
⚠️

Performing incident management

Proactively collaborate with Development and Infrastructure partners to identify and remediate stability risks, and engage in crisis management and cross-region handholding of issues.

8+ years in application support

Extensive experience in application support roles is essential.

Demonstrated skills in SQL Server and Oracle database management.
